On Thursday, October 19th, Watling warmly welcomed numerous local families with Year 6 students, eager to discover more about our school. The event was a resounding success, with an electric atmosphere as guests explored our campus, engaging with our knowledgeable staff and 250 enthusiastic student guides.
During the presentation, the Headteacher, Mr. Bacon, shared his pride in our school, highlighting extracurricular activities and community outreach initiatives. He was wonderfully supported by Elliott, a Year 7 student who shared his own Watling experience.
In sum, the open evening beautifully showcased the best of Watling. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who attended for their interest and support, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming many new students in the coming year.
